Our staff and resources have been stretched during the lockdown but we’re working hard to provide a first-class. However, we have had to update some of our business practices to help protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and visitors to our site.
We are experiencing a high volume of calls, emails and online orders so please try again if you cannot get through on the phone and please allow at least 24h for a response to emails. Delivery times are being affected due to the volume of goods leaving the site. We will give you a delivery day when ordering over the phone and an order confirmation for online orders will be emailed. If there is any delay, you will be notified.
Collections can be arranged over the phone and online for speedier service. On arrival, you may be asked to queue in your vehicle at the gate. Please have the details of your order ready so our staff at the gate can quickly arrange to get your order to you. If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive your order number via SMS.
