We supply a wide range of products, from small components weighing only a few grams through to bulk materials delivered by the tonne. Because of this, delivery is calculated based on the products in your basket and your delivery location, rather than a single flat rate.

Standard Delivery (Our Fleet – 1–3 Days)
This is our main delivery service and applies to the majority of orders within our delivery area across the South East of England.
Deliveries are made using our own fleet and experienced drivers, helping to ensure goods are handled correctly and delivered efficiently to site.
- Delivery charge: £9.99 + VAT
- Free delivery: Available on orders over £150 ex VAT within our delivery area
Heavy / Bulk Delivery
Heavier, bulkier or more awkward items are delivered using our own specialist vehicles where appropriate.
This allows us to safely handle larger loads and deliver materials suited for site use.
- Delivery charge: £9.99 + VAT
- Free delivery: Available on orders over £150 ex VAT within our delivery area
Courier Delivery
Courier delivery is typically used for orders outside of our main delivery area, or where it is the most suitable method for the items ordered.
- Standard courier charge: £15.00 + VAT
- Reduced rate: £5.00 + VAT where all items in the basket qualify for parcel delivery
Courier may be used for a range of items, not just small products, depending on location and suitability.
Specialist / Fragile Delivery
Some products require additional care in handling and transport to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.
- Special handling charge: £90.00 + VAT
Where this charge is applied, your order will still be fulfilled and delivered using the most appropriate method.
Collection
You can collect your order from branch once it is ready.
